Long-Term Employee Retires

A dedicated departure: Bert Peterie retires after 25 years of service at Sunnyview Nursing Home & Apartments. Bert started in the housekeeping department and ventured into floor maintenance. Bert was celebrated for all her hard work and dedication at Sunnyview on November 25, 2024 with cake, refreshments, and gifts.

Bert has been an integral part of our facility for the last 25 years. Her contributions will always be valued and remembered. Her hard work, and dedication are worthy of admiration.

When asked what Bert plans to do after her retirement she stated that she is currently making plans for a trip to Colorado to see the mountains with her husband. Bert also enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband and plans to do this more.

While we will miss Berts contagious smile down the Sunnyview hallways; we would like to wish her the very best of luck. Fulfilling Berts shoes will be an almost impossible task.
