Valentine King & Queen

Sunnyview celebrated King and Queen on Valentines day this year! All residents gathered together to celebrate a day of love with punch, cookies, and music. The residents and staff voted for the King and Queen for the year. The winners this year was Milton Kuntz and Sally Collings from the Apartments and Floyd Somerville and Linda Richardson from the Nursing home. Residents were crowned and pictures were taken. Staff then asked the Kings and Queens what their Valentines Day advice was. Here are their responses:

Milton: “Never stop loving each other”

Sally: “Always get along. I was married for 71 years, just love each other”

Floyd: “Always love your family”

Linda: “Love everyone, smile, and have fun”
