Sunnyview Celebrates ‘Dietary Week’
Sunnyview has been very busy from 10/01/2023-10/06/2023 celebrating Dietary Week!! Our dietary crew is the stomach to the facility and they play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of our residents. The dietary departments follows specific diets to accommodate to our residents needs. They also are a big role to our fundraiser committee by providing luncheons, bake sales, harvest goodies and BBQ’s for staff.
Our dietary crew were celebrated with a breakfast including biscuits and gravy, fruit tray, bacon, and homemade cinnamon rolls made by the dietary manager Kim Schlegal, gift bags, fair style lemonade provided by the Infection Preventionist Nikki Martin, and a carry-in provided by all staff. “Weeks like these are so fun and a great way to express appreciation to our staff” Nikki Martin
Dietary Week proves that their dedication does not go unnoticed and is appreciated by those they serve. A little appreciation goes a long way, so make sure to thank and honor all the dietary workers you know and work with all week long
